People of Mercy is a quarterly appeal campaign by Mercy Housing Inc. At the end of the year, they send a printed postcard to all of that year’s donors to say thank you. The postcard is followed by an email newsletter directing users to a webpage with more information and links to donate again. The art direction was to use the People of Mercy appeal design to create the Thank You campaign.

In an effort to engage these donors with real resident stories, we used the images of Mercy Housing residents who have benefited directly from donations and sponsorships throughout the last year. We used this design for print, digital, and web elements.
